Submit Forms w4 & I9

Complete Form W-4 so that we can withhold the correct federal income tax from your pay for tax purposes. We’ll also need form I-9 to verify employment. Simply click on the link for each one, download them, fill them out, and submit them here. Once that’s complete, it’s time to head over to the Training Section.
